Purposes and legal basis
To answer your request (pre-contractual measures, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR / UK GDPR) and, where relevant, to follow up the professional relationship (legitimate interest). Your explicit consent is collected before any message is sent.
Recipients and transfers
Messages are sent via Resend Inc. (email delivery, United States) and the site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States). Both providers are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and Resend also under its UK Extension, which covers transfers outside the EU and the UK.
Retention period
Contact-form messages are kept for 3 years after the last exchange, then deleted.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, port your data and withdraw consent, by writing to david.lamy1@idea4hr.com.
